These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PixelForge Studio regarding your use of our plugins and services.

2. Services Description

PixelForge Studio provides:

• Free and premium PocketMine plugins
• Custom plugin development services
• Technical support and documentation
• Plugin updates and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install our plugins on your PocketMine servers
• Use our plugins for their intended purpose
• Receive updates and support as specified for each plugin

For custom plugins, additional terms may apply as specified in the custom development agreement.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or share our plugins without explicit permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our plugins
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our plugins for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Claim ownership of our intellectual property

5. Intellectual Property

All plugins, code, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive property of PixelForge Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The PixelForge Studio name, logo, and trademarks are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

6. Support and Maintenance

We provide support for our plugins through:

• Discord community support
• Email support for technical issues
• Documentation and guides
• Regular updates and bug fixes

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and may vary depending on the plugin type and our current availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixelForge Studio provides plugins "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Server crashes or data loss
• Compatibility issues with other plugins
• Any damages resulting from plugin usage
• Loss of revenue or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Major changes will be communicated through our Discord server and email notifications where possible.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our plugins ceases immediately, and you must delete all copies from your systems.
